Ranjana is a Triathlete (Finisher Half Iron Man), Ultra marathon runner, long distance swimmer besides being a certified Scuba Diver. She has also been “Pinkathon Ambasssador” for Delhi and has been instrumental in promoting Women Fitness in Corporates. Priyanka Awasthy, is Managing Director, BD Foundation She is an avid campaigner for equality and fair practices and create inclusive workplaces. She develops and facilitates workshops that sensitise organisations to the needs of diverse groups. She speaks at various forums on inclusive leadership and gender issues. Rashmi Mandloi, Managing Partner BD Foundation leads the Diversity & Inclusion initiative in South Asia. Her professional experience spans over 17 years with multinational organisations across South Asia. She has been with Biz Divas Foundation since thea inception in 2012 and has focused exclusively in fostering a culture of Inclusion. Rashmi has impacted more than 70+ organisations to be more inclusive workplace through her consulting work. Shubhra Sharma is a Management Coach with a specialization in Human Resources with 14 years of work experience across banking & financial organizations.
